Only 72 letters reached us from Abovyan, it is too few. The correspondence contains only a little part of Abovyan’s numerous letters and petitions addressed to his friends, relatives, pupils or to different state institutions and officials.
In all his letters Abovyan doesn’t miss the opportunity to speak about the firm idea of his life, that is to serve for enlightenment of his Motherland and upbringing its children.
